The new SKYE Art Gallery at the prestigious Forum Shops in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA opens a new dimension of creativity on the Las Vegas art scene. Though the scope of SKYE's artistic offering is considerable, specifically we bring to the scene extraordinary up-coming Pop artists that have never been seen in Las Vegas Strip. SKYE of course represents established American artists, but also artists of international renown such as William Sweetlove of Belgium, as well as up-and-coming talent from around the world including Karl Lagasse from Paris, France.
SKYE Art Gallery is owned and managed by two dedicated young women - Vanessa and Elena Skye - who are excited about the opportunity to innovate in the Las Vegas art scene and to meet you, their visitors. The diverse background, youthful daring and seasoned experience of this partnership helps to create the unique mix that you will find at SKYE Art Gallery.
Vanessa's passion, love for the arts and determination to make the arts her life's work gave her wings: She came to the United States from Peru determined to make an innovative contribution. Starting in 2001, Vanessa earned a degree in Art History with an interest in Museum Studies and went on to a successful career in museums in New York City and other non-profit organizations dedicated to bringing art to the public in New York and subsequently in Las Vegas. Since 2011 she has been working with some of the top artists in this country in galleries serving diverse clientele in Las Vegas and in Los Angeles. Last year, Vanessa, together with her partner Elena, opened her own SKYE Art Gallery, making this the first gallery dedicated to Pop Art on the Las Vegas Strip.
Elena came from Russia in 2012. Elena's primary concentration is on the operation side of the business. Nevertheless, she has also been they key to bringing the works of master Jora Hayrapetyan for the first time to the United States; SKYE Art Gallery is proud to present paintings by this astonishing artist from Armenia.
